The building plot on which the investor’s project will take place is located in Předlice, a suburb of Ústí nad Labem. It is an original farmstead, generously founded in the second half of the nineteenth century.
After the site has been cleared of modern deposits and no longer recoverable historical fragments, the layout of the site will return in a reduced form to its original distinctive and strong shape of a large courtyard defined by a stable and training centre ‚built‘ into the perimeter of the original barn. Our company has been awarded the contract to secure the site with square PVC mesh with a total length of 600 m.
The design and solution was realized by the design team
3+1 architects from Ústí nad Labem (see photo).
