If you build a house on a site that people used as a landfill, then it is clear that there will not be much fertile soil. So, there is a need for an area of soil replacement. First, the whole garden was properly cultivated, unwanted waste and stones were removed and the ground was levelled.  We then brought in 110 tonnes of high-quality composted soil mixed with sand.  Suddenly the landfill is ready for beautiful plantings that will make our dear customers happy:-) In cases like this, where a garden is being created in a place where the landscape has been devastated by the hand of man, soil replacement is really necessary and is the basis for further gardening success.
